Wave 1, introduction to freediving
Molchanovs Wave 1 serves as your gateway to the captivating world of freediving. Ideal for beginners and those with some experience, this course focuses on enhancing your mental and physical awareness. Led by our certified Molchanovs Instructor, you’ll master effective breathing techniques that not only benefit your freediving but also offer daily stress relief. Most excitingly, you’ll gain the skills to explore the underwater world, diving to depths of 12 meters and beyond in the beautiful waters of the Philippines!
Course Duration:
- 3 Days
Prerequisites:
- Be healthy
- Be able to swim 200 meters unassisted, non-stop in a pool setting
Requirements to be certified by a Molchanovs Instructor:
- 1 min 30 sec static breath-hold
- 30m Dynamic No Fins (DYNB)
- Open Water requirements: Constant Weight with Bi-fins (CWTB) & Free Immersion (FIM) between 12-20m
- Rescue from 6-10m depth

WAVE 2, ADVANCE FREEDIVING IN THE PHILIPPINES
Elevate your freediving skills with Molchanovs Wave 2. This course, guided by our experienced Molchanovs Instructor, takes you beyond the basics, diving deeper into advanced techniques like no-fin diving. You’ll refine your skills, master new techniques, and take your freediving to the next level, all while ensuring your safety and enjoyment in the waters of the Philippines.

Prerequisites:
- Have completed the Molchanovs Wave 1 course or equivalent
- OR completed crossover evaluation
Requirements to get certified by a Molchanovs Instructor:
- Static 2 min 30 sec
- Dynamic No Fins (DNF) 35m
- Dynamic with Bi-fins (DYNB) 50m
- Open Water requirements: Constant Weight with Bi-fins (CWTB) & Free Immersion (FIM) 24-30m
- 15m Constant Weight No Fins (CNF)
- Rescue from 15m depth
